Kathleen E. Donovan

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Kathleen Donovan has served as MedQuist's senior vice president and chief financial officer since June 2005. She has extensive experience in financial management, with a broad foundation that includes financial planning, treasury, financial analysis, investor relations, tax, control and reporting.

Before joining MedQuist, Donovan was most recently the senior vice president and chief financial officer for Dendrite International, where she was responsible for all aspects of financial management, control and reporting for the $400 million software and services company. She has extensive experience interacting with the Board and Audit Committee, shareholders and analysts, and served as the company’s primary contact with the investment community.

Prior to holding that position, Donovan was the director, Corporate Finance, for Unisys Corporation. During her 14-year career with Unisys, she progressed through a variety of increasingly demanding positions that included senior-level financial roles in global business units, in both the US/Canada Division and the Pacific Asia Americas Division.

Donovan has a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University in Washington. She is a 2004 recipient of the New Jersey Technology Council’s CFO Award for “Deal of the Year.”
