Donna M. Jack

Vice President, Human Resources

Donna Jack joined MedQuist in June 2004 as director of Human Resources, and was promoted to vice president of Human Resources in August 2006. She works closely with the rest of the management team to enhance organizational effectiveness by implementing critical people initiatives in the areas of recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, organization development, learning and retention.

Prior to joining MedQuist, Jack worked at Inrange Technologies Corporation, a developer and service provider for switching and networking products for storage and data networks. There she held the position of vice president of Human Resources from 2000-2003, with company-wide responsibilities for global human resource strategies, programs and policies. From 1991-2000, she served as director of Human Resources for Inrange. Previously, she held human resources management positions of increasing responsibility at Bell Atlantic and Northern Telecom.

Jack is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is a member of SHRM and active in the Tri-State Human Resources Association, the local human resources SHRM chapter. She was a 2005 nominee for Delaware Valley Human Resources Person of the Year. Jack holds a bachelor of science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
