Gregory M. Sebasky

Greg Sebasky joined the MedQuist board of directors in April 2005, and currently serves as chairman of the board. He was acting president of MedQuist from February 2004 to March 2005. He is currently senior vice president and CEO of Global Customer Services for Philips Medical Systems. Prior to serving as MedQuist's acting president, Sebasky was senior vice president of Operations of Cardiac and Monitoring Systems, Philips Electronics Corporation, from April 1997 to February 2004.

Sebasky has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, holding a variety of senior management and financial roles for Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies and Philips Medical Systems. He is a member of the Harvard Healthcare Forum and Financial Executives Institute.
