$500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Acute Care (Tier 2 or Tier 3) Medical Transcriptionists

Are you eligible for the bonus?  You could be!  MedQuist will pay a $500 bonus once you have completed six months of work, provided that your manager confirms that you have met all the full-time production and quality requirements, and are working all required scheduled hours between 12 p.m. and 3 a.m. in the local time zone.

You must be hired on or after August 17, 2009, and you must be:

·        Classified as a full-time Tier 2 or Tier 3 transcriptionist, working a minimum of 39 hours weekly, Sunday through Saturday.

·        Working all scheduled hours between 12 p.m. and 3 a.m. in the local time zone.

·        Meeting all requirements (production and quality) in that same Tier 2 or Tier 3 position when they reach six months of service.

·        Consistently adhering to the work schedule that was agreed on with your Customer Care Manager (CCM). Changes to your schedule that include hours outside of 12 p.m. and 3 a.m. in the local time zone will disqualify you for the bonus.

These employees must also meet one of the following MT classifications:

·        consistently meet the production and quality standards defined for full-time acute care transcriptionists with benefits, which are to transcribe an average of 150 lines per hour, work 39 hours per week and transcribe reports with a minimum of 98 percent accuracy; or

·        consistently meet the production and quality standards defined for full-time acute care transcriptionists without benefits, which are to transcribe an average of 100 lines per hour, work 39 hours per week and transcribe reports with a minimum of 98 percent accuracy.
