ON MARCH 31, 2009 THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF NEW JERSEY ENTERED FINAL JUDGMENT APPROVING SETTLEMENT IN THE MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTIONIST CONSOLIDATED CLASS ACTION AND DISMISSING THE CASE WITH PREJUDICE.

IF YOU ARE A MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTIONIST WHO TRANSCRIBED WORK FOR MEDQUIST AT ANY TIME DURING THE PERIOD FROM NOVEMBER 29, 1998, TO AUGUST 11, 2008, WERE PAID ON A LINE-BASED UNIT OF MEASURE FOR YOUR WORK, AND DID NOT REQUEST TO BE EXCLUDED FROM THE SETTLEMENT, YOU ARE A MEMBER OF THE SETTLEMENT CLASS.
